Anger, Frustration as ASUU Goes on Indefinite Strike Again

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) on Monday announced it was embarking on yet another indefinite strike nationwide.



The National President of the union, Biodun Ogunyemi, who made the announcement said there would be no teaching, no examination and no attendance of statutory meetings of any kind in any of the union’s branches across the country.
Since the announcement, Nigerians have taken to social media to express frustration and anger at the government.
Others are however quickly seeing opportunities in the announcement and are already thinking of other creative endeavours to get busy with while the strike lasts.
Some tech companies are using the opportunity to offer undergraduates with a flair for coding internship opportunities.
