A yet-to-be-identified naked man was subdued in Chicago yesterday after he he chopped off his penis and went on a rampage in the neighbourhood.
According to Independent, the video surfaced online showing the man bleeding from the crotch and harassing Chicago people who had to lock themselves inside, away from him.
From the clip, the man is seen yelling at the neighbours, and when a Chicago police vehicle arrives at the scene, the bleeding man charges at the first officer, a woman, as onlookers warn him to ‘calm down’, but the incensed man is heard rushing at the officer, telling her to “get outta here b*tch!’.
At that point, she fires off her taser, knocking him to the ground, and tells him to ‘stay down’.
He did not.
The naked man gets up again as another officer arrived the scene, and as he makes to charge at that officer, is knocked off again by a second taser.
It is unclear why the man cut off his own penis and went on that rampage, but he successfully was subdued at the grisly scene.
Witnesses who later spoke to the press said the man seemed like he was under the influence of a synthetic drug or even acid. It is also unclear the degree of damage done tot his penis, but he can undergo a corrective surgery.
