At least 17 people were shot and more trampled in the resulting panic after a dispute in an Arkansas nightclub early Saturday morning.

An 'exchange of fire' broke out at the Power Ultra Lounge in Little Rock at around 2:30am, ABC News reported. The youngest person shot was 16.

All of the victims were alive as of Saturday morning, according to police; one victim was initially said to be in critical condition but their condition has since been upgraded to stable.

Revelers had gathered to watch rapper Finese2Tymes when the gunshots rang out. It's not known whether he was one of the victims.

Concertgoer Darryl Rankin was streaming the concert on Facebook when gunfire erupted. "They got shot, man. I don't know where they hit it," a man can be heard saying.

Cops say the incident is not terror related, and the shooter is not active.

Nobody has been arrested, but police say that they have several suspects in the shooting.

Witnesses say they heard at least 20 gunshots.
